KSB is a leading international supplier of pumps, valves and related systems for the following areas of application

ACCOUNT PAYABLE STAFF (AP-St)
Reporting to Accounting and Tax Manager, S/he will be responsible to ensure that all vendor invoices are properly approved, supported by relevant documents and recorded in a timely and accurate manner.

Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:

To handle all Accounts Payable related matters to ensure that the company’s transactions are accurately recorded in financial terms, adhere to both local and corporate policy & procedures, comply to Indonesia accounting standards
Resolves inquiries of suppliers to facilitate processing of bill / invoice
Prepares accounting / journal entries and accruals and ensures that the entries are properly documented and recorded in financial records
Proper filing of AP Invoices and Journals

Qualifications:

Male or Female, maximum 25 years old
Bachelor (S1) in Accounting with GPA minimum 3.00 (Prefers to new graduate)
At least 2 years Experience, Understanding of AP process
Having Tax knowledge (Brevet A&B)
English both of written and verbal
Excellent interpersonal skills, Accurately, Active and excellent initiative, Independent
Excellent work in under pressure circumstances
Computer skills, Familiar with ERP or SAP
Willing to placed at MM 2100 Cibitung– Bekasi Timur (KSB provide pick up bus from meeting point)

TRAINING OFFICER (CODE: TO)
Requirement:

Male or Female from age 25-35,
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Psychology or equivalent.

Not only arrange the training but also able to be trainer.
Willing to placed at MM 2100 Cibitung– Bekasi Timur (KSB provide pick up bus from meeting point)

Responsibilities:

Identifying training and development needs within an organization through job analysis.
Designing and developing training and development program based on both the organization’s and the individual’s needs
Developing effective induction program
Conducting appraisals
Devising individual learning plans
Producing training materials for in-house courses
Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discus
Candidate will be responsible to run learning centre that designed for skill development, shall be self-driven type personnel, responsible for ensuring that each training and development program meets its objectives.

Receptionist
Requirement:

Associate degree from any major
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Preferably have 1 year experience as a receptionist
Female, age between 20 to 26 years old
Living area at Cibitung, Cawang or West Bekasi
Good looking, attractive, have good interpersonal skill, communicative, and friendly
Fluent in English is a must (both written and oral)
Status as outsourcing employee
Available to be placed in MM 2100 Cibitung (Pick up bus from meeting point)

Maintenance
Requirement:

STM or Diploma from electrical or mechanical engineering
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Preferably have 1 year experience as building maintenance, compressor, crane or electrical maintenance in manufacture industry would be advantage.
Available to be shifted and placed in MM 2100 Cibitung area.
Status as outsourcing employee
